2. Definitions
ā¢ "Platform": the RaisGood website and its associated services ā¢ "User": any person accessing the Platform ā¢ "Organisation": entity registered to collect donations ā¢ "Donor": person making a donation via the Platform
3. Registration
Registration is free and requires a valid email address. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Services
RaisGood offers organisations: ā¢ Customisable donation form creation ā¢ Secure payment processing via Stripe ā¢ Tax receipt generation ā¢ Donation and donor tracking ā¢ Peer-to-peer fundraising tools
5. User Obligations
The user agrees to: ā¢ Use the Platform for its intended purpose ā¢ Not use the Platform for fraudulent purposes ā¢ Respect intellectual property rights ā¢ Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials
6. Liability
RaisGood makes every effort to ensure the availability and security of the Platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
