3. Registration
Registration is free and requires a valid email address. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Services
RaisGood offers organisations: ā¢ Customisable donation form creation ā¢ Secure payment processing via Stripe ā¢ Tax receipt generation ā¢ Donation and donor tracking ā¢ Peer-to-peer fundraising tools
5. User Obligations
The user agrees to: ā¢ Use the Platform for its intended purpose ā¢ Not use the Platform for fraudulent purposes ā¢ Respect intellectual property rights ā¢ Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials
6. Liability
RaisGood makes every effort to ensure the availability and security of the Platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. RaisGood shall not be liable for indirect damages.
7. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Platform (text, images, software) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
8. Termination
The user may terminate their account at any time. RaisGood reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of London.
